We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein, explain your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, using, or interacting with the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. wxmof.shop may accept or reject an order at its discretion. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellation may not be possible after acceptance.

If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact or billing information supplied with the order. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

wxmof.shop is powered by Shopify, but all purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and wxmof.shop. Shopify is not responsible for the sale, fulfillment, product, injury, damage, or loss arising from your purchase. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims relating to transactions with wxmof.shop.

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARLA FOODS AMBA, WXMOF.SHOP, THEIR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless wxmof.shop, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or unlawful use of the Services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. You agree to cooperate in its defense, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed, and the unenforceable part will be severed. The remaining provisions will remain effective.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right does not waive that right.

These Terms and the policies or operating rules posted on the website constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Services and replace prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications on the same subject.

This does not limit mandatory consumer protections or rights available under the laws of the customer’s country of residence. Jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The current version of these Terms is available on this page. We may update or replace parts of the Terms by publishing changes on the website. Where required, we will notify you of material changes and state when they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
